Anny is a keen learner, known for her unwavering curiosity to know more about people, business, ideas, and the world around her. From podcasts about macroeconomics to researching investment opportunities to internet sleuthing just about anything, she thrives by engaging her entrepreneurial chops and deep research and investigative skills. You will not be surprised to learn that her pursuit of knowledge has led to three degrees, a successful investment fund, and adventures around the world.

Anny is a senior associate and member of our Technology practice, bringing close to a decade of executive search, consulting, and technology investment expertise. She helps recruit board members, c-suite officers, and senior executives for private equity-backed, private, and public enterprises. Her primary involvement spans candidate identification, engagement, and assessment.

Before joining Acertitude, Anny co-launched a cryptocurrency-focused investment fund and participated in a series of private investments. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she was a principal at a national executive search firm, where she partnered with clients to drive BOD, CEO, CFO, and CMO searches to completion. She also played an instrumental role in the firm’s business development efforts and internal leadership recruitment, helping to grow its portfolio and talent.

Anny holds two master’s degrees, one in Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and another in Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College.

From enjoying a day at the beach to discovering new hiking trails to experimenting with healthy recipes, Anny is no stranger to leading a balanced lifestyle. In her downtime, she is also an avid podcast listener and NBA fan.
