Danielle Greene

Director, Staff & Administration

It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation.

— Herman Melville

The pathfinder

Danielle believes in “working smarter, not harder” which is evident in her talent for designing processes and finding solutions that make an impact. On the path to recruiting top talent, she makes it her mission to keep our team a step ahead at all times, quickly turning around deliverables and communication. Personally, she also forges her own path. Whether it’s finding ways to help others — human and animal — through Give Me Shelter Project for instance, or seeking adrenaline, rock climbing and rock concerts among her favorite activities.

As director of staff and administration, Danielle supports our Partner Vicki Devlin and the Healthcare. She leans on her strong organizing and communication skills to streamline projects and keep clients, candidates, and colleagues informed every step of the way through the search process. To ensure impactful delivery, Danielle operates with planning and foresight, pivoting between responsibilities including coordinating schedules, maintaining reports, and tracking milestones.

Danielle’s talent for project management and administration comes from a decade of experience. Prior to joining our team, she spent seven years with a legal administration firm, serving as project manager for a $10+ billion settlement amongst other securities and class action settlements. She began her career in higher education as an executive assistant at the Ohio Board of Regents.

When she’s not maintaining searches, Danielle enjoys exploring Manhattan’s vibrant arts and culture scene, spending much of her time attending ballet performances, watching plays, and discovering museums. An animal lover, she has had many a pet, including Rottweiler dogs, cats, and even a python.
