Devi Arnold

You must be ready to burn yourself in your own flame; how could you rise anew if you have not first become ashes.

— Friedrich Nietzsche

The uplifter

One word that beautifully describes Devi is uplifting. Let us explain. For starters, she’s the first woman in her family to earn a degree. Then there’s the time she and her family rescued (and adopted) a cat that turned up on their doorstep one cold winter night. Professionally, she also pursues avenues to uplift others, applying her student mentality, persistence, and altruism to her work. For instance, mentoring at risk middle school students, supporting people with learning, mental, and physical disabilities, and coaching entrepreneurs. Get to know her and you’ll find her as remarkable as we do.

As an analyst on our team, Devi engages her passion by bettering the futures of candidates and clients alike. Her primary responsibility is to identify qualified candidates who have the skills and potential to positively impact our clients’ organizations. She also has her hands in data quality, ensuring our team has access to competitive talent intelligence in our proprietary database.

To her role, Devi brings data analysis and interviewing skills coupled with three years of research experience. Most recently, she worked as a corporate trainer for a marketing firm serving Fortune 500 clients, coaching young entrepreneurs on running their businesses. She previously worked for a nonprofit, assisting the executive director with donor research, outreach, and tracking.

Devi lives in Providence, RI. She loves spending quality time with family and friends, weekends often filled with adventures to farmers markets and celebratory events. To relax and unwind, some of her favorite things to do are curling up in the sun with a good book, creative writing, or taking a good old car ride.
