Francesca Trafford

Senior Project Coordinator

A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.

— Winston Churchill

The Mountain-Mover

As someone with an analytical intellect yet creative PR background, Francesca has a balanced, flexible take on almost anything. With her relentlessly optimistic attitude, she loves to muck in and contribute to moving mountains at work, whatever they may be. Francesca also sets her mind to a mountain of hobbies like cooking and skiing. A life-long skier, Francesca has spent many snowy months in the mountains, covering press trips to the Alps and as much time as possible on the slopes (balanced, of course, with après-ski).

Francesca is a senior project coordinator with a shining track-record of seven plus years in executive search and professional services. Having supported client relationships at the senior most levels, she works closely with the firm’s consultants to deliver exemplary service and results. She is always one to offer a hand at any new task, with her day-to-day responsibilities spanning project management, communications, and curating reporting.

Francesca has expertise supporting searches from conception to closure across several sectors: consumer, retail, healthcare, industrials, insurance, corporate and financial officers and GBM. Most recently, she was an executive assistant at global executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates in London. Before that, she was a senior account executive for two public relations firms, where she served an array of high-end clientele. Francesca graduated from the University of Exeter with a B.A., Management.

She lives in London, though she revels in the opportunity to escape to the countryside. A country weekend with long muddy dog walks, endless games of cards, and a Sunday roast is Francesca’s idea of heaven. The only thing that might top it is a day in the kitchen, testing out new recipes to add to her growing collection of well-thumbed cookbooks. That, or a ski rendezvous to the perfect, snowcapped Alps.
