The Analytical Thinker

Hannah’s combination of analytical and creative flair shapes everything she puts her hands on – including her love of calligraphy, which she occasionally puts to use designing wedding invitations for friends and family. At one of her first jobs as a bookseller, the company noticed her passion for artistry and asked her to design the store’s window displays – a project she had a lot of fun exploring and constructing. It’s this unique combination of inventive and critical thinking that serves Hannah in unearthing untapped leadership solutions.

Hannah is a senior associate and member of Acertitude’s global Technology and Private Equity practices, based in London. Leaning on a strong track record of working in the private equity and venture capital spaces, she works with leadership teams and investors to build out high-performing executive management teams, enhance board composition, and drive pre-deal efforts. She is highly involved in identifying and assessing high-caliber candidates, and project managing board and C-level search assignments for both public and private equity-backed companies across Europe and North America.

Hannah brings three years of executive search experience to Acertitude, most recently with a private-equity-focused boutique search and advisory firm where she focused on managing pre-deal advisory, transaction assistance, and post-deal executive searches for software companies and private equity firms.

Earlier in her career, Hannah held senior creative roles, including as a freelance graphic designer in finance and law. She has a B.A. in English Literature with first-class honors from the University of Cambridge, Pembroke College.

Hannah lives in London. When not working, you may find her and her partner exploring the art, antique shops, and Georgian architecture across the UK. Hannah and her miniature dachshund puppy, Bertie, also love wandering through the woods in search of new adventures together.
