Principal

We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone.

— Ronald Reagan

The believer

A life lesson that’s stayed with Jessica is that ‘relationships matter above all else.’ She believes real human connections are the path to a really fulfilling life. Whether she’s helping clients solve problems or people make their next career move, Jessica believes working hard — and working together — is the way to make things happen. She connects with her community too, regularly volunteering to support homeless shelters in DC. She truly exemplifies the power of believing in others.

Jessica’s commitment to matching clients with new leaders is rooted in her passion for building meaningful human connections. As principal with our technology and professional services practices, she leads every step of our search engagements. She unleashes our client’s human potential by first and foremost taking the time to really listen and understand them.

Jessica has spent the last 20 years honing her recruiting and HR skills in the professional services, software, data analytics, and finance spaces. She previously worked as a director of recruiting for a private equity sponsored strategy and analytics SaaS company that was acquired by Mastercard in 2015. There, she collaborated with the firm’s C-Suite, managing their global experienced hiring, overseeing a team of recruiters, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Prior, Jessica led the full lifecycle recruiting process for the US offices of an international legal services outsourcing company. She has also held recruiting roles with private equity, finance, and professional services organizations and started her career in Big 4 accounting.

Jessica lives in Washington, D.C. with her 9-year-old son and hopes to add a furry friend to their family soon! On weekends, she is a dedicated Little League mom, serving as a board member for her son’s league. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, belting out showtunes at karaoke, and taking regular barre classes to stay active.
