Kaycey Bruhn

Project Manager

Be faithful in small things because it is in them that your strength lies.

— Mother Teresa

The Cheerleader

Kaycey is one of those types that people gravitate to — and for good reason. She’s everyone’s biggest fan. Her all-in, upbeat, kind spirit keeps the folks around her happy and productive. What also makes Kaycey intriguing are her plentiful, fun hobbies. A true southern cook with deep roots, her long-standing recipes (some of which are secret) are a true crowd-pleaser. Texas-style ribs, anyone? She also raises livestock, consisting of no less than three donkeys, two horses, two dogs, sheep, and 15 cattle, weighing in around 1,600 - 1,900 pounds each. And fun fact: five of them are grandchildren of three-time PBR Champion Bull Bruiser. Cheers to that!

Kaycey is a project manager in Acertitude’s Consumer and Industrial practices, where she coordinates senior executive searches, maximizes productivity, and supports client relationships. She expertly guides assignments from start to finish, liaising between clients and colleagues to ensure timely delivery, insightful reports, and high-quality outcomes.

Kaycey has over a decade of project management experience at large global and boutique executive search firms. Most recently, she was a project manager at ON Partners, where she provided executive-level support to consultants across the supply chain, manufacturing, life sciences, and technology practices. Prior, she spent over six years in Korn Ferry’s project management function. Kaycey earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Dallas Baptist University.

When our native Texan is not supporting searches, she values time with friends and family, including her three kiddos Tori, Laney, and Kolby. There is never a dull moment in the Bruhn household, as Kaycey is regularly beautifying the interior design of their home, dusting off scrumptious Southern recipes, and raising livestock on the family farm. Kaycey also enjoys spinning, keeping active, and running outdoors, having crossed the finish line of both triathlons and half-marathons.
