The Motivator

Kitt’s enthusiasm and collaborative spirit keeps everyone around her happy and motivated. She’s masterful at coordinating projects, syncing up schedules, and attending to the important details that define our client and candidate experience. Rain or shine, she tackles any challenges thrown her way with the utmost professionalism. Pro tip: if you’re looking to have Kitt in your corner, just bring her a caramel latte to satisfy her slight Starbucks craze. With or without a caffeine kick, Kitt is extraordinarily motivated to serve the people around her. She is a strong supporter of the nonprofit Children’s Friend, helping to improve the well-being and healthy development of young children in Rhode Island.

Kitt is senior executive assistant to Co-Founder and Managing Partner Kevin O’Neill, helping him bring our purpose – Unleashing human potential – to life by connecting businesses with extraordinary leaders. To this she brings a strong administrative background interfacing with C-level executives of private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. Her ‘can-do’ attitude and magnificent planning skills also put her in a position to meet the urgent needs of multiple projects in our fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Kitt brings 13 years of experience in the executive search, private equity, and consulting industries to Acertitude. No stranger to the world of recruiting, over the years she has honed her relationship building, communication, and project management skills, allowing her to make the search process seamless for all parties involved.

Off-hours you can find this Rhode Island local bike-riding, kayaking, or taking runs with her dog Penny around the scenic Matunuck coast. Kitt also loves catching up on the latest comedies and mysteries on Netflix or a show at one of her favorite Rhode Island destinations: Theatre By The Sea. More recently, Kitt has been determined to learn how to play the guitar to master a Beatles song.
