Linda van Delft

The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you.

The Explorer

While growing up in a small town outside of Frankfurt, Germany, Linda developed the desire to explore different cultures around the world. At the age of 16, she left home for boarding school near London and has resided in the UK ever since. From discovering her favorite restaurants in the city to hiking the countryside and even learning to speak Dutch, Linda strives to connect with her surroundings in meaningful ways. She is not afraid of subjecting herself to the unknown, finding exciting comfort in the possibilities of unfamiliar territories.

Linda is an associate in our London office, where she plays an active role in projects in our Private Equity practice. Her work primarily focuses on developing search strategies, sourcing candidates in the market, and qualifying talent to develop slates of skilled and diverse ‘A Players’.

She brings a track-record of delivering for private equity clients. Most recently, Linda served as a senior researcher at Kea Consultants, a boutique search firm focused on the alternative investment space. There, she similarly placed talent into a range of growth, mid-cap, and large-cap private equity funds. She previously worked as a research associate for insight network GLG, where she serviced German-based private equity clients. Linda graduated from the University of Exeter with a bachelor’s degree in modern languages.

Linda currently resides in London. When she’s not working, she’s either practicing yoga or planning her next outdoor adventure. She recently climbed the highest mountain in Wales, and plans to climb England and Scotland’s summits next.
