Meghan Gleason

Project Coordinator

Decide what to be, and go be it.

— Scott Avett

The Change Maker

Meghan grew up in the Finger Lakes. Eighteen years of small-town living sparked in her a desire to try out big city life. So, the weekend after graduating college, she packed up her life for New York City to start her first job at a jewelry company. Following a decade of fast-paced hustle and bustle there, she left New York for North Carolina in a “full circle” transition over into project management – an area she’s totally found her groove in. One of Meghan’s proudest professional accomplishments was getting her Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification.

As an open-minded and resourceful team player at Acertitude, Meghan is a project coordinator in the Consumer & Industrial practices. Here, she greatly values the chance to lead by example and turn challenges into solutions. She’s passionate about the “human” part of human resources and about making a positive difference in a company by creating a working environment everyone can be proud of. Meghan’s known for being a change agent and the “go-to” person in the office you can rely on for help and advice.

Meghan’s five years of project management experience extends into generalist and event roles. Before Acertitude, Meghan was a training administrator at the global agricultural manufacturer John Deere where her responsibilities included supporting training staff and dealers nationwide and coordinating training programs. Other former professional experience includes work as both an event project manager and sales manager at Tribeca Rooftop + Tribeca 360° where she oversaw the accounts receivable division of a $20 million entity and served as a marketing supervisor. Meghan has a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Buffalo State College.

Meghan lives with her fiancé in Raleigh, North Carolina. When not managing projects, you may find her managing her mental health and fitness – trying to squeeze some more Zen into her life with a yoga class or a new workout routine. She also loves spending time with her rescue dog, taking on a new hiking route, learning about astrology, and doing home renovations.
