The artist

We think of Nikki as the artist on account of her creative proclivity and boundless, positive energy. She’s been mastering her craft for all things research through a unique career blend of recruiting, marketing, and sales. Applying her artistry to each client’s vision, she fills in the lines of every search with top notch talent. Even when she’s not working, she’s typically doing some sort of art project or roaming the aisles at Michael’s craft store. Whether she is painting, baking, or discovering travel destinations, once Nikki’s imagination starts going… there is no holding her back.

As a research associate in Acertitude’s Consumer and Industrial practice, Nikki drives candidate identification and development efforts to help our private equity-backed, private, and public enterprise clients build executive management teams. Through innovative and personalized research, Nikki unearths market-leading candidates that exceed clients’ expectations.

Prior to joining Acertitude, Nikki was an associate at a global executive search firm. She supported executive-level searches across various industries, including industrial, technology, and life sciences. Moreover, Nikki helped grow the firm’s online presence as the head of U.S. marketing and dual head of international marketing. Earlier in her career, she progressed through a number of marketing and sales roles. Nikki earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of Delaware.

Nikki lives in the darling town of Malvern, PA. In her off-time, she also frequents Delaware and Florida’s beaches to see family and loves to travel. Whether it is a road trip to a different state or international travel, she enjoys seeing new places and trying new things. A creative soul, Nikki also dabbles in art projects and lets her creativity flow in the kitchen, mastering new gadgets and putting her spin on passed-down family recipes.
