The Cuisiner

Stacy has a passion for cooking. She attended culinary school where she learned techniques for making delicious sauces for her family to enjoy. Stacy was raised in St. Louis before going to university in Indiana and then returning to St. Louis once more. Her favorite thing to do in the world? Hiking to the very top of a mountain to stop and enjoy the view. An avid hiker, Stacy spends a big chunk of her summers enjoying national parks.

As a passionate learner who loves bringing life-changing career opportunities to new people, Stacy is a senior associate at Acertitude in the private equity healthcare practice. Here, she helps execute C-level searches for clients and focuses on full lifecycle search execution and client management. As part of her job, she works to educate herself on the ever-evolving healthcare landscape to enrich her knowledge when helping choose candidates to potentially lead this industry. She spends most of her days on the phone with candidates sharing details of amazing opportunities in private equity. Many of the searches she executes are in disruptive healthcare portfolios that will change the healthcare landscape, Stacy is grateful to be a part of that.

Stacy brings 16 years of recruitment experience to Acertitude and specializes in middle market portfolio company CFO, CEO, and COO searches. Stacy was first exposed to the recruitment industry when she worked evenings as a 16-year-old high school student at a marketing research firm. Here, she helped recruit people to participate in consumer focus groups. After college, she joined DHR International to help build the St. Louis office and execute C-level searches.

After 2 years, she exited to move over to the sales side of IT consulting at Systems Integration Solutions, Inc. where she spent 5 years placing IT contractors. In 2014, Stacy went back to work for DHR International as a senior associate where she helped fill an average of 10 C-suite placements annually and closed the CEO search with the largest fee in private equity practice history back in 2019.
