Tricia Porter

It does not matter how long you live, but how well you do it.

The Baker

Like baking, executive search is all about what you put into it. Quality ingredients like commitment, collaboration, and communication yield quality hires. Combining these traits with over 20 years of experience, Tricia brings a recipe for success to every search. We also think of Tricia as ‘the baker’ as she’s known to bake beautiful, homemade goodies in her leisure time. In fact, one of her first jobs was baking muffins and breads at Dunkin Donuts. To this day, she continues her mother’s 50-year tradition of gifting cookies during the holidays, making over 20 varieties every year. We’ll let you know when we figure out how to get on the recipient list.

Tricia is an executive recruiter with over 20 years of experience in human resources and executive search. As a member of our healthcare practice, she identifies, engages, and qualifies leaders and medical officers for our healthcare and private equity clients.  Her ‘all-in’ approach to search combined with her teamwork mentality makes her a valuable advisor to our clients.

She joins the Acertitude team from executive search firm Korn Ferry, where she spent nearly six years as a senior associate in the academic health center practice. Prior, she was a human resources business partner with a market-leading managed care organization. She spent her earlier career in recruitment roles with a geriatric specialty care provider and community hospitals.

Tricia lives in Jefferson, Maine with her significant other Mark and German Shepard Mack, who they adore. They enjoy all that the gorgeous Maine outdoors offers through boating, swimming, and ice-fishing on the lake.
