Acertitude Fills Finance Leadership Position at Cengage Learning
Jon Peach, experienced financial executive, to guide company's global Gale division
Boston, MA, February 3, 2016 – Jonathan Peach has been named Vice President of Finance for Gale, a leading library resource provider and part of Boston-based global education company Cengage Learning.
Cengage Learning is an educational content, technology and services company for the higher education and K-12, professional and library markets worldwide. The company provides content, personalized services and course-driven digital solutions that increase student engagement and improve learning.

In his role as vice president, Peach will provide all aspects of functional management for the division’s financial activities. He will also serve as an important contributor to the on-going collective Cengage management role of guiding organizational adaptation and growth. Working with his financial colleagues and other senior leaders at the company, Peach will help assess market needs, set strategy and adapt the organization to provide a steady stream of products and services needed and valued by the global education and library markets.

Peach has extensive experience in a variety of financial and organizational leadership roles for such firms as LexisNexis, Owens Corning and Procter & Gamble. In addition to his undergraduate degree, he holds an MBA in Finance from Notre Dame University and experience as an operations and training officer in Europe for the U.S. Army.
