Born and raised in Massachusetts, Bridget is a big fan of all Boston sports teams: the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, and Celtics. Bridget – a mom to two daughters – grew up in Lawrence, Massachusetts -- a former mill-town north of Boston. Regarding her first job, Bridget developed a strong work ethic working summers as a teenager at a seafood restaurant in New Hampshire. In terms of her workplace philosophies, she believes good leaders are inspirational. She also believes the strongest teams are ones where everyone takes ownership to achieve success. Bridget – who’s a former attorney – believes hard work and big fun are both equally important.

Bringing close to a decade of executive recruitment experience to the firm, she helps support our healthcare practice and works to identify and develop a strong candidate slate. She also works to partner high-performing talented professionals with growth-oriented, mission-driven organizations.
Bridget started her non-linear career as a practicing attorney before transitioning after a decade into the nonprofit sector as a fundraiser and later into philanthropic consulting. Her former professional experience includes work as director of executive search at boutique firms The Angeletti Group and Harvest CFO. And, as principal at the global firm, ZRG Partners. Bridget has a B.A. in Government from Skidmore College, and a JD from Boston College Law School.
Outside of work, Bridget is busy training to be a volunteer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). She also recently served on the board of YWCA of Greater Cleveland and loves being able to give back, serving as a strong advocate for other women. Keen on staying active both mentally and physically, Bridget also enjoys losing herself in a great book, discovering new walking trails, or locating the nearest beach. Bridget lives in the greater New York City area.
