The Good Sportsman
Competition brings out the best in Greg. He’s the kind of person who pursues goals by putting his head down and not lifting it back up until he has produced great work. He attributes his mindset to the values instilled in him at the Episcopal Academy: discipline, faith, honesty, courtesy, kindness, generosity, gratitude, courage, respect, and sportsmanship. He brings these same values to Acertitude, where he builds our competitive edge in research. To Greg, the greatest reward is helping clients make the best hire, thereby impacting the lives of thousands of others.
Education begins the gentleman, but reading, good company and reflection must finish him. John Locke
Greg has a true passion for building people up. As senior associate, he does exactly that by engaging the most exceptional candidates for our clients’ businesses. He assists our partners throughout the search process by creating research strategies, sourcing top talent, and vetting candidates against clearly defined criteria.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Greg spent five years as a senior market analyst at executive search firm JM Search. In this role, he led research efforts for over 100 board and C-level searches in the technology, financial services, and healthcare sectors. He came to the recruitment world after gaining diverse experience in healthcare IT, wealth management, and accounting. Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Not one to take a day or a moment for granted, Greg spends his off-hours as purposely as his time at work. He enjoys spending time with his family and labradoodle Tater and resides in the Philadelphia suburbs. No surprise, he enjoys sporting weekends cheering on the Eagles, Sixers, Flyers, and Phillies or playing platform tennis, golfing, skiing, or fly fishing.
