Raised in Sri Lanka during an ethnic war, Kashmira learned resilience early on—and discovered her interest in politics, security, and anti-terrorism efforts along the way. Her experience working for the European Union taught her the importance of having strongly defined values in the workplace. She translates her passion for bridging gaps between people into her professional endeavors, believing that sharing values fosters a successful work culture.

Kashmira is a graduate analyst based in London, putting robust research capabilities to work for clients in the private equity and business and professional services industries. Her support on searches for leaders spans multiple functions and geographies, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. On any given day, she is proactively mapping the market, developing rich talent pools, and delivering insights that yield better hires.
Prior to Acertitude, Kashmira held a traineeship in the politics, press, and information department at the European Union Delegation to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. There, she liaised with ambassadors and diplomats from across the EU, conducted policy research on various topics, and compiled press releases.
Kashmira earned her B.S. in politics and international relations and her M.S. in international relations from the University of Bristol, where she also served as a postgraduate student ambassador. During her time at college, she held an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was awarded the Dean’s International Internship Scholarship, and gained media experience with the BBC.
Kashmira lives in London. When Kashmira is not working, she enjoys dancing and horseback riding, earning the distinction of National Dressage Champion in Sri Lanka.
