The Inspired Seeker
With a real thirst for knowledge and escapades, Michael’s personal pursuits are abundant. Investing energy to improve his tennis game. Joining a Capuchin monastery for a 10-day silent meditation retreat. Experimenting with dinner recipes to entertain friends. Playing jazz songs on the piano. As you can see, Michael is all about discovering life’s possibilities and sharing them with those close to him. He is an enthusiastic seeker of purpose, growth, and fun. This applies at work, too, where he seeks (and finds) solutions to help the executives and teams around him flourish. And what you’ll find is, he enhances the process of collaborating as much as the outcome.
Optimism doesn’t mean that you are blind to the reality of the situation. It means that you remain motivated to seek a solution to whatever problems arise. Dalai Lama
