Nora grew up imagining she might be a psychologist, a comedian or a teacher, seeking a field with human connection at its heart. She found that in her executive search career where she aims to partner effectively and positively impact both people and organizations. However, be warned that her competitive side is prone to taking over when playing cards or lawn games, an outgrowth of a childhood in a lacrosse-obsessed family with seven siblings.

Nora is a senior associate and member of Acertitude’s global Technology practice, based in Philadelphia. She specializes in Board, CEO, and C-level recruitment across SaaS, AI and analytics, cloud, communications, cybersecurity, digital, and systems and devices. She is deeply client-focused and is all about connecting solutions-oriented companies with exceptional executives. In addition to executive search, Nora advises on leadership development, succession planning and beyond.
Having spent the last four years as a talent consultant at Korn Ferry focused on C-level and Board of Director roles, Nora brings a fresh perspective from both the Big 5 and specialist boutique search firms.
Prior, she devoted a decade of her career to the advancement of Philadelphia’s arts and cultural sector. She proudly supports organizations that focus on promoting access to knowledge and experiences while also benefiting children and families––and believes museums and cultural institutions are at the core of communities. Nora earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware.
