NEW YORK (July 9, 2021) — Acertitude, the executive search firm committed to unleashing human potential, announced today that Scott Jacobs has joined the global Technology practice as a partner to help clients around the world harness their single most critical resource — brilliant people at work.

Scott will strategically guide clients through board and C-level searches along with expanding the reach of the firm’s leadership assessment offerings, with a focus on delivering rapid, transformational growth and operational improvements.

His extensive, cross-border experience encompasses working with public and private enterprises across Europe and the Americas, advising clients across their talent agenda. He is exceptionally well-versed in communications infrastructure and services, SaaS, professional services, and the broader technology sectors.

Scott most recently was a senior partner for 15 years with Heidrick and Struggles. There, he led the Technology & Services Practice across EMEA and was a member of the board practice, leading several Chairman and NED searches. Additionally, he spent two years in the Heidrick Consulting business where he delivered projects focused on improving executive team assessment and performance, identifying organizational deficiencies, and driving improvements.

Earlier in his career, Scott worked as a global management consultant for a range of board-level TMT clients. His teams addressed a variety of projects, from multi-million dollar restructuring projects at large organizations to new-business launches for technology start-ups. He graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
