1. Tell us about your path here. Why did you choose to join Acertitude?

As a senior project manager at Acertitude, I was recruited to the company after working for Korn Ferry for seven years. While my time there was incredibly valuable and rewarding, what intrigued me about Acertitude was its unique approach to executive search and leadership consulting. I was drawn to the agile and innovative culture, in addition to working with more of a nimble team, where I could have a direct impact on client outcomes.

In terms of values alignment, I’ve always believed in delivering exceptional service and building genuine relationships with clients, and I saw that mirrored in Acertitude’s DNA. The focus on collaboration and continuous learning appealed to my own professional ethos, as I thrive in environments where teamwork and personal growth are encouraged and valued.

2. Describe a day in your life. Favorite parts of your job?

A typical day for me as a senior project manager involves juggling various responsibilities. I'm constantly overseeing the C&I project managers, managing our team members, and making sure we stay on track to meet deadlines while staying flexible enough to handle any unexpected changes. One of the best parts of my job is connecting with talented individuals, guiding and supporting my team members as they grow, and assisting them in charting their career paths. Plus, nothing beats the satisfaction of witnessing successful placements that truly make a difference for our clients and organization.

A key skill that I’ve honed during my tenure is strategic project management. Through exposure to diverse projects spanning various industries and geographies, I’ve strengthened my ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects to meet client needs and deliver results on time.

Additionally, the firm has provided me with ample opportunities to enhance my communication and interpersonal skills. In my role, I collaborate closely with clients, candidates, and internal teammates. Through effective dialogue and relationship building, I’ve been able to establish trust and rapport with key stakeholders.

Above all, Acertitude has taught me to embrace change and uncertainty, and adapt my approach as needed to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
