Amy is a seasoned project manager with more than 20 years of experience supporting senior executives and leading complex, global assignments with precision and discretion. At Acertitude, Amy plays a pivotal role in driving search excellence—serving as a trusted partner to consultants and clients alike. Day to day, she ensures seamless execution—prioritizing communications, aligning global teams, managing deliverables, and anchoring every search in operational excellence.
Her background includes key roles at some of the industry’s top executive search firms, including Russell Reynolds Associates, Sheffield Haworth, CTPartners, and Talentmark. Across these firms, Amy led high-touch project coordination, managed sensitive mandates across borders, and built a reputation for keeping even the most fast-moving assignments firmly on track.
She earned her diploma with distinction from Oxford Media and Business School (OMBS) and is based in London. Outside the office, you’ll find her immersed in music—attending festivals, singing while she cooks, or decorating her home (with more enthusiasm than a formal plan, she admits).
