In her no-nonsense way, Betsy gets things done—this can be seen as a thread through her life. At 16 years old, growing up in Pennsylvania, she got her first job at a nearby farm store. She worked while going to school, selling milk, running a deli counter, and dipping ice cream cones. On our team, she similarly keeps all the balls in the air, never failing to follow-through or attend to the details. Her integrity and commitment are simply superior. No wonder, she's been married to her husband Bob for over three decades. And when it came to raising her children, took a 10-year hiatus to do her most important work as a mother.

As administrative coordinator at O’Neill Consulting, Betsy keeps the day-to-day workflow running smoothly in our finance department. From accounts payables to office administration to administrative assistance, she ensures stakeholders internal and external are cared for and have everything they need at their fingertips.
Betsy brings significant experience in accounting, administration, and account management. Prior to O’Neill Consulting, she spent nine years as an account coordinator and administrative assistant with Home Instead Senior Care. She previously supported the success of two global manufacturing firms in similar administrative roles. Betsy holds an AAS in Business Administration.
Outside our fast-paced work environment, Betsy enjoys being on a beach, gardening, or getting lost in a good book. Most of all she loves being designated as the family historian. She loves to delve deep into the family history, discovering new and old family members to add to the ever-growing family tree. She has been married for almost 40 years to her husband Bob, who together have two sons.
