Clare is a Project Manager at Acertitude, where she supports the execution of high-impact searches by keeping teams aligned, projects moving, and communication clear across every stage of the process. Known for her positive energy, assertive communication style, and collaborative mindset, Clare plays a key role in creating seamless experiences for both internal teams and clients.
Before joining Acertitude, Clare built a uniquely non-linear career across executive search, talent management, and the entertainment industry. She began her career in executive search before moving into comedy talent management, where she worked closely with stand-up comedians — discovering that managing creative talent and advising CEOs require many of the same skills. Other roles include international TV distribution at Avalon, work within the Social Impact & Education practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, and experience at global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.
Outside of work, Clare can usually be found chasing the perfect pastry and latte, and catching up with friends on long walks or at the pub. A former university radio host and podcast creator, she remains deeply passionate about film, music, and creative projects.
