Conor is a Principal in Acertitude’s Consumer & Industrial practice, specializing in end-to-end C-suite executive search for private equity-backed and public companies. His experience spans digital infrastructure, energy, transportation, consumer, and industrial sectors, giving him a broad perspective on the leadership required to navigate complex, rapidly evolving markets.
Before joining Acertitude, Conor helped launch and build One Search’s U.S. portfolio leadership practice, partnering with private equity investment committees, fund leaders, and portfolio company executives on searches across the firm’s portfolio leadership and equity practices. His work included Head of M&A, CFO, COO, CEO, and Operating Partner mandates. Conor began his career at Charles Aris, where he executed retained C-suite and C-1 searches for public and private equity-backed businesses before specializing in senior financial officer appointments.
Originally from Miami and now based in New York, Conor maintains close ties to family in Florida and Ireland. Outside of work, he stays active, travels frequently, and remains a devoted Miami Dolphins fan, despite having gone 26 years without seeing a playoff win. He also plays guitar and once held a residency at a New York City comedy club.
