Geoff brings over 15 years of executive search experience to his role as partner, discovering, engaging, and placing C level and senior executive talent. He is known for delivering results quickly and keeping client needs front and center.
Geoff has a proven track record hiring talent to lead the design and change management associated with digital transformation or process improvement initiatives as well as building leadership teams for businesses in a state of transition, such as a startup, high growth, turnaround, IPO, or restructuring situations.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Geoff was managing director at O’Neill Consulting, an Acertitude company. He spent the preceding two years as executive recruiting leader at Red Hat, where he built the internal executive search function. His introduction to retained executive search began earlier in his career at O’Neill Consulting, an Acertitude company, following a role with Robert Half International.
