Raised in an academic household, Joseph was encouraged to ask questions from a young age. This sense of curiosity, further sharpened through the undertaking of a degree in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge, led him to explore a diverse set of work environments in his early career, from strategy consulting to social and med-tech entrepreneurship. This background has cultivated Joseph’s emphasis on asking the right questions, and rapidly embedding himself in unfamiliar or ambiguous situations. Not only has this skillset been crucial in enabling him to unearth valuable insights to meet the needs of our clients, but it also brings energy to lunchtime office conversations.

Based in London, Joseph serves as an associate at Acertitude. Working at the heart of research delivery, he primarily supports global funds and their portfolio companies. His responsibilities include collecting market intelligence, formulating strategic recommendations for sourcing top-tier talent, and evaluating potential candidates.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Joseph was a consultant at Millar Cameron, an emerging market focused executive search firm, where he co-led the technology & telecommunications practice across MEA and LATAM. He previously spent over three years at Bain & Company as a senior associate consultant, delivering strategy, organizational design, and transformation projects for multinational businesses across consumer/retail, technology, and business services. Joseph also has experience working in early-stage start-ups, including his own, leveraging technology to improve lives at the intersection between physical health, mental health, and community.
Outside of the office, you can catch Joseph on the tennis court, playing the piano and singing everything from musical theatre to heavy rock, or throwing himself into new experiences (most recently salsa).
