Julia, an analyst in Acertitude’s Consumer & Industrial practice, is a key driver of our research endeavors. Her valuable insights help investors and PE-backed businesses build out executive management teams and boards. Her primary responsibilities include curating talent pools, completing research, and conducting proactive market mapping.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Julia was a senior researcher and recruiter at ZRG Partners, focused on the Industrial & Infrastructure team in Brazil, and an analyst at Russell Reynolds, where she supported the Industrial & Infrastructure practice for C-suite and Board positions across Latin America.
Julia, originally from Brazil, resides in New Jersey. Outside of the office, you can catch her on the couch watching a psychological thriller, trying new restaurants, completing interior design projects, or taking a Pilates class.
