Kaylee is an associate in the Consumer and Industrial practices at Acertitude, where she supports the research function for C-level searches across private equity-backed and corporate teams. With a strong background in data-driven sourcing, she focuses on identifying high-impact companies and building targeted candidate pipelines that uncover the transformational leaders that clients need to move their businesses forward. Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative spirit, Kaylee adds depth and rigor to every search.
Before joining Acertitude, Kaylee served as Director of Research and Sourcing at Blue Rock Search, where she built and implemented innovative sourcing strategies powered by AI tools and platforms, and worked closely with clients and internal teams to deliver data-backed insights to accelerate time-to-fill. Earlier in her career, she held full-cycle recruitment roles and served as an admissions counselor, sharpening her ability to understand people’s motivations and connect them with the right opportunities.
Kaylee resides in Indiana with her husband and two cats, Dottie and Milo. When she’s not working, you’ll find her playing tennis, trying new restaurants, or daydreaming about her next tropical getaway.
