Mekhi, aka Kai, loves discovering the richness of the world around him—from picking up the violin to nestling up with a good book to saving the oceans. A fond memory is when he had the chance to play the violin with an orchestra near where Beethoven lived in Vienna. Playing sports has been a key part of his life from a young age too. He first learned how to tackle people much bigger than him at eight years old, eventually playing cornerback on Franklin & Marshall's football team. Kai never misses the chance for a social event or adventures with his Yorkipoo, Lexi.

As someone who is results-oriented and greatly admires those who excel under pressure, Kai is an associate within our technology and professional services practice. Here, he does analytical research to identify C-level executives who satisfy our clients’ desires. He utilizes software to pinpoint the perfect candidate in an ever-evolving market. Kai’ s insights help establish a robust basis for team execution.
Prior to Acertitude, Kai worked as a front desk agent for a resort, ensuring a positive guest experience. He has a bachelor’s in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
Kai lives in Burlington, New Jersey. In his spare time, he volunteers for a Caymans-based marine biology program supporting schools, helping clean up beaches, and assisting in the rescue of marine life.
