With nearly 30 years in executive search, Suzanne brings deep cross-industry expertise and a proven track record of placing transformative leaders. Most recently a Senior Associate at Chartwell Partners, she has led searches across sectors including technology, financial services, higher education, professional services, and – with a strong emphasis over the past 16 years – healthcare and biopharma. Known for her sharp intuition and unwavering integrity, Suzanne is most proud of the placements that defy the checklist.
Suzanne lives with her husband on a small farm outside Atlanta. She’s a self-proclaimed “slow jogger” and loves running 5Ks and 10Ks for charity. Outside of work, you’ll often find her riding horses, motorcycles, planning impromptu getaways, or spending quality time with her grandkids – her favorite way to recharge.
