The Intuitive Bridge-Builder
Tom’s story begins in Southwest London, winds through the Highlands of Scotland, and ultimately lands him in London, each chapter shaping a nuanced appreciation for people, culture, and context. His journey has always centered on how individuals work together to build something greater. This natural curiosity, combined with a refined emotional intelligence and a gift for reading the room, has made Tom a relationship-first thinker. He brings a thoughtful, perceptive presence to executive search—believing that enduring change comes not from resumes alone, but from people who resonate with purpose.

Outside of the office, Tom is often clocking a 10–15k run as part of his marathon training, catching up with friends over drinks on Clapham Common, or—on a particularly good day—squeezing in a round of golf out in Surrey.
