The Conscience
Some see the world in black and white and others see it in color. Linnéa sees it in Technicolor. Not surprisingly, our Swedish-born marketing and strategy leader’s color spectrum has many shades of green. A conservationist who cares about things great and small, Linnéa makes a difference in the world, leaving only footprints from her running shoes. This isn’t just talk for our resident yogi... juicing, plant-based eating, and marathon-training are just the start. Linnéa is frequently contributing to the firm’s most meaningful initiatives, from turning customer data points into actions to driving high-level strategy—perfect for someone who sees the full spectrum.
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. Ralph Waldo Emerson
Linnéa is a marketing leader and creative strategist, who directs Acertitude’s global marketing, brand strategy, and business development efforts.

Linnéa helped launch Acertitude in 2015. Acertitude is already a top global search firm and continues to expand rapidly. Previously, she built the marketing function for Acertitude’s sister company, O’Neill Consulting, helping the firm achieve a three-year growth rate of 200% and become a three-time honoree on the Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Linnéa is an active member of the Bryant University International Business Council.
When she’s not at work, you won’t find Linnéa sitting still. She loves to travel and spends her downtime running, skiing, and cycling. If she does stop moving, it’s usually to strike a yoga pose or dive into a new book.
