Madeline, an analyst in Acertitude’s Consumer & Industrial practice, plays a crucial role in our research process, providing insights that help esteemed investors and PE-backed companies build out executive management teams and boards. She assists in the team’s research and development process by curating talent pools for active projects and performing proactive market mapping.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Madeline had a long-standing experience at Madison Square Garden, where she worked as a student associate on the people development team. Her work included creating professional development plans to facilitate career conversations, as well as employee lifecycle research.
Madeline, a research scholar, graduated from Fordham University and majored in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Psychology.
Madeline resides in New Jersey. In her spare time, you can find her at the beach with a book in tow, crocheting, or volunteering at her local pet rescue. She also enjoys making French bakery treats – most recently, bite-sized macaroons.
