With a 25+ year career in executive search, he has earned the reputation as a trusted advisor to global board members, CEOs, and C-suite executives, having led more than 2,000 searches for prominent companies and private equity firms worldwide.
Acertitude’s success builds on Kevin’s establishment and leadership of O’Neill Consulting, an Acertitude company, which now specializes in senior management search, which he founded in 1996. His early career included roles at investment banks like Merrill Lynch and Kidder, Peabody & Co., as well as a senior position at a major search firm in Philadelphia. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Marietta College.
Kevin serves on the board of Avishkar Holdings, a biotech investment firm, and was a board member and founder of Cargenix, a clinical-stage CAR-t cell immunotherapy company acquired by a strategic buyer. He is actively involved in public service as a trustee of his alma mater and the Bryant University College of Business Dean’s Council, as well as a director of the World War II Foundation board. Previously, Kevin chaired the boards of the American Heart Association and the YMCA of Greater Providence.
Outside of work, Kevin prioritizes quality time with his family and community. A health and wellness advocate, he maintains an aggressive active outdoor lifestyle and is passionate about skiing, cycling, and rucking.
