Connor is an Associate at Acertitude, where he leads candidate identification, documentation, and project management across senior-level searches from pitch through assessment. Specializing in go-to-market functions while supporting searches across the broader C-suite, he is passionate about solving complex problems with creative solutions and helping clients identify transformational leadership talent.
Before joining Acertitude, Connor spent time at Egon Zehnder, where he developed deep expertise advising clients on leadership talent within the firm’s marketing and sales practice. Earlier in his career, Connor led various business development initiatives at World 50 where he connected executives and industry experts to foster stronger leadership and meaningful collaboration.
Outside of work, he’ll most likely be found at the gym or on a walk with an audiobook. A passionate advocate for reconnecting with nature, Connor believes the outdoors provides both perspective and humility. He’s visited 37 U.S. states and 17 national parks.
