Based between London and New York, he builds global talent pools working across both Europe and the U.S.
Within the professional services realm, his industry expertise spans financial services, healthcare & life sciences, and consumer & retail with a functional focus across value creation, digital & AI, and ERP. His extensive background in financial services recruitment extends across retail, commercial banking, asset management, insurance, and fintech. Prior to Acertitude, Oliver spent five years as a consultant in Russell Reynolds Associates’ Corporate Officers practice and was at a specialist financial services executive search firm beforehand. A qualified solicitor, he first launched his career as an associate at a U.S. law firm, based in the London office.
Oliver lives in London, though he frequently gets away to the countryside on weekends. He likes to stay active, with running, cycling, tennis, and the gym all on the rotation.
