Rebecca’s executive search career spans both boutique and global advisory environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on search execution and client partnership. She began in a smaller search environment, developing strong fundamentals across research, candidate engagement, and search execution. She then spent several years at Spencer Stuart, progressing to Senior Associate, where she partnered on complex, high-impact searches, and deepened her ability to navigate nuance, manage expectations, and deliver thoughtful outcomes in fast-moving, demanding contexts.
Outside of work, Rebecca is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, frequently logging miles through Battersea Park and Hyde Park.
