A people person in every sense, she is truly interested in the people she meets, both at work and socially. People feel that she’s in it for them. Perhaps that’s why she has this seemingly effortless ability to secure even the most difficult to access ‘A’ players. Not to mention, a full circle of friends whom she enjoys spending time with — exploring restaurants, going for long walks, and playing sports.

Emily Rowse is a senior associate with Acertitude, based out of London. She lends high-quality research support to our Private Equity and Professional Services practices, helping drive board, CEO, and C-level searches to successful completion.
Prior to joining the Acertitude team, Emily spent two and a half years with a specialist executive search firm, largely focused on serving asset management firms. Recognized for her outstanding delivery, Emily was quickly promoted from analyst to associate there, holding growing responsibilities for candidate sourcing, management, and assessment. She earned a degree in business economics from the University of Exeter.
Emily lives in London, spending her free time meeting new people and those closest to her. Often that involves rounding up a group to discover all the little restaurants tucked away on the city’s charming side streets or cooking a good Sunday roast. She also enjoys weekends away on the Cornish coast and travelling across Europe.
