Originally from Italy, she has resided in six countries, including Egypt, Belgium, the UK, the US, and Spain, fostering her enthusiasm for continuous learning and connecting with individuals from various backgrounds.

Based in New York, Ginevra serves as an associate in the Consumer & Industrial practices at Acertitude. She supports executive searches at the C-level and her insights benefit private equity firms, PE-backed portfolio companies, and public corporations, assisting in the discovery of leaders needed to define and power their organizations forward.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Ginevra was a research analyst at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in Barcelona, working with the Social Impact team in London. In her role, she utilized advanced research methodologies to identify top talent in Consumer and Social Impact industries, as well as developed in-depth profiles and assessments of executives to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Outside of the office, you can catch Ginevra running, reading, or at an art museum. She is the co-founder and creative director of “La Miccia,” an online publication about art history and visual culture, and volunteers at Heritage of Peace, an international NGO aimed at helping communities in areas of conflict preserve their heritage.
